Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-45 years, regardless of gender (n=50). 2.In good general health with no oral diseases. 3.Has not recently taken any medication known to affect saliva secretion. 4.Willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with significant systemic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, hematological disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, malignant tumors, asthma, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, psoriasis, etc. 2.Individuals with poor oral hygiene or moderate to severe periodontitis. 3.Patients with other severe oral mucosal diseases. 4.Use of immunomodulatory drugs within the past 3 months, antibiotics within the past month, or local medicinal treatment of the lesions within the past week. 5.Patients with significant salivary gland disorders, such as Sjögren's syndrome or salivary gland tumors. 6.Inability to cooperate with the saliva collection procedure.
