Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Thrombosis risk score >= 5 (high risk) upon ICU admission; 3. No DVT detected by ultrasound after ICU admission (according to the "Ultrasound Diagnosis Guidelines for Deep Vein Thrombosis"); 4. APACHE II = 65 mmHg with fluctuations = 250 mmHg, SpO2 (94%-98%), and Glasgow Coma Scale score >= 9.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The attending physician comprehensively assessed the patient's potential risk requiring emergency intervention. 2.Where the skin at the site of the common peroneal nerve (where the electrode patch is applied) is affected by ulcers, trauma, dermatitis, infection, or other conditions rendering application impossible; 3.epileptic; 4.Individuals with implanted cardiac pacemakers; 5.Allergy to electrode pads.
