Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. A central venous catheter (internal jugular vein, subclavian vein or femoral vein) needs to be indwelled. 3. Expected ICU stay of no less than 72 hours; 4. The patient or their family members sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of venous thrombosis or active thrombosis; 2. Clearly identify coagulation dysfunction or contraindications for anticoagulation; 3. Expected survival time <48 hours; 4. Refuse to participate in the researcher.
