Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18 to 80 years old; 2. Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery; 3. ASA I - III; 4. Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe underlying heart and lung diseases; 2. Mental system disorders and cognitive dysfunction; 3. Allergy to opioid drugs and any related drugs involved in the research; 4. History of chronic pain or opioid abuse; 5. Severe liver injury (Child-Pugh grade C).
