Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Permanent position in the intensive care unit; 2.Hold a valid nursing license and be registered, with at least one year of ICU work experience. 3.Voluntary Participation in Research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses in the monitoring room who are temporarily absent from their posts due to sick leave, maternity leave, personal leave, etc., during the study period; 2.ICU nurses known to have clinically diagnosed severe mental disorders (such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.) or severe physical illnesses (such as heart failure stage III or higher, advanced malignant tumors, etc.), which may significantly impair the assessment of core outcome measures including fatigue, sleep, and mood. 3.Nurses in the intensive care unit who plan to resign during the study period; 4.Retired and Re-hired Nurses in the Intensive Care Unit.
