Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male football players at the school level, exercising more than three times a week; 2. No physical or cognitive conditions affecting athletic performance in the six months prior to the experiment, no history of lower limb injuries, no history of lower limb surgery, no degenerative joint disease, no visual or vestibular dysfunction; 3. Normal full range of motion in hip, knee, and ankle joints, with good physical function and athletic ability; 4. All subjects had not engaged in strenuous exercise within 24 hours before the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee osteoarthritis; 2. Patellar tendinitis; 3. Ligament or other soft tissue injuries of the lower limb; 4. Neurological deficits
