60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the criteria for mild disability.2.Aged between 60 and 75 years.3.Resides in Fuzhou City for more than one year.4.Able to communicate verbally.5.Regular user of electronic devices (such as internet-enabled smartphones, iPads, or computers).6.Voluntarily participates in this study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded: those with severe cognitive impairment or mental disorders; 2.those with severe visual or auditory impairment affecting normal communication and learning; 3.those diagnosed with severe chronic diseases and unable to participate in the intervention activities;4. or those who have participated in other interventional studies within the recent three months.
