Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Cases that conform to the routine diagnosis and treatment of Kawasaki disease; 2. The diagnostic criteria for Kawasaki disease patients admitted from January 2015 to August 2017 were all in line with the "Diagnosis, Treatment and Long-Term Follow-up of Kawasaki Disease" statement issued by the AHA in 2004. The diagnostic criteria for Kawasaki disease patients admitted from September 2017 to December 2019 all conformed to the "Diagnosis, Treatment and Long-Term Follow-up of Kawasaki Disease" statement issued by the AHA in 2017, including both complete and incomplete Kawasaki disease. 3. Hospitalized children with complete medical history, blood biochemical test results and echocardiographic examination results; 4.After the diagnosis of Kawasaki disease, IVIG at a dose of 2 g/kg and oral aspirin are routinely used for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other febrile rash illnesses, such as sepsis, toxic shock syndrome caused by streptococcal or staphylococcal infections, and scarlet fever. 2.Confirmed infections caused by enteroviruses, adenoviruses, measles viruses, Epstein-Barr viruses, mycoplasmas, rickettsiae, and spirochetes. 3.Cases with allergic and rheumatic diseases; 4.incomplete clinical baseline data;
