Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), meeting the BCLC0-A stage. 2. Underwent radical (R0) hepatectomy and had not received any anti-tumor treatments (such as transarterial chemoembolization, radiofrequency ablation, radiotherapy, etc.) before the operation; 3. Complete preoperative imaging assessment (enhanced CT or enhanced MRI) to rule out invasion of major blood vessels; 4. Complete clinical and follow-up data are available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with concurrent primary malignant tumors or a history of other malignant tumors in the past; 2. Other serious liver diseases other than hepatitis B virus or hepatitis C virus (such as autoimmune hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, etc.); 3. Those with incomplete clinical data or follow-up information; 4. Those whose MVI status cannot be determined by pathological examination.
