Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years; 2. Hospitalised for primary unilateral total hip arthroplasty (THA) due to avascular necrosis of the femoral head or hip osteoarthritis; 3. Able to actively participate in preoperative rehabilitation exercises; 4. Informed consent obtained and consent form signed; 5. Assigned to a designated joint care team with standardised surgical protocols.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for complex hip revision surgery; 2. Patients with severe underlying conditions rendering surgery contraindicated; 3. Patients with significant organ dysfunction; 4. Patients with psychiatric disorders or depression; 5. THA patients managed by medical teams other than the designated team.
