taVNS group:Receive 30 minutes of transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS) treatment before surgery, as well as on the first and second postoperative days, respectively.
sham stimulation group:Receive 30 minutes of sham stimulation before surgery, as well as on the first and second postoperative days, respectively.

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent form; 2. Patients scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I-?; 5.Patients undergoing surgery with duration > 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 2. History of long-term opioid abuse; 3. Patients with severe central nervous system diseases; 4. Cervical vagus nerve injury; 5. Implanted cardiac pacemaker; 6. Cognitive impairment with inability to communicate.
