Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with no harmful habits such as smoking, alcohol consumption and/or betel nut chewing. 2. Individuals who have not been exposed to X-rays in the past three months and will undergo dental X-ray examination within one hour. 3. No oral mucosal diseases. 4. No local irritating factors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not meet all of the above inclusion criteria and exhibit any of the following characteristics will be excluded: 1. Systemic diseases such as leukemia, lymphoma, rheumatic diseases, diabetes, etc. 2. History of treatments such as head and neck radiation therapy, immunosuppressive, or cytotoxic drugs. 3. Individuals with infectious diseases or inflammatory conditions. 4. Local pathological changes, such as macroscopic abnormalities, gum and periodontal diseases. 5. Pregnant women. 6. Individuals wearing removable dentures or intra-oral appliance.
