Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for ID without cognitive dysfunction: (1) All met the diagnostic criteria for "insomnia disorder" in the Fifth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders formulated by the American Psychiatric Association. (2) The chief complaint is difficulty falling asleep and maintaining sleep, with the onset of the disease lasting at least 3 months. (3) Age: 45 -65 years old, right-handed. (4) Neuropsychological assessment showed no impairment in the overall cognitive function of the subjects 2. Inclusion criteria for ID with cognitive dysfunction The inclusion criteria were the same as those in (1), (2), and (3) above, but neuropsychological assessment indicated mild impairment of overall cognitive function in the subjects (MMSE > 27). Previous studies have shown that 27 points is the optimal critical point for distinguishing whether there is cognitive impairment or not 3. Enrollment of the healthy control group: This project intends to select 53 healthy controls that are matched with ID patients in terms of gender, age, Body MassIndex (BMI), educational level, etc., with ages ranging from 45 to 65 Age: Normal MMSE, right-handed, no claustrophobia, no contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.ID has no exclusion criteria for cognitive dysfunction Insomnia disorders are excluded from being caused by narcolepsy, sleep disorders related to breathing, biological rhythm sleep disorders, etc. (2) Sleep disorders are excluded from being caused by major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and other disorders. (3) Insomnia disorders are excluded from being caused by other mental illnesses, various physical diseases, or the psychological effects of alcohol or drugs. (4) The patient has diabetes, hypertension, heart disease or respiratory system disease. (5) Malnutrition and obesity. (6) Take hypnotic or psychotropic drugs two weeks before the project starts and during the project. 2. Exclusion criteria for the healthy control group: Those who have been dependent on alcohol or drugs in the past six months; (2) Those with a history of mental illness or congenital developmental delays (such as anxiety disorders, emotional disorders or depression, etc.); (3) Those with cognitive impairment caused by head trauma.
