Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years old, gender unlimited. 2.American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II. 3.Body mass index (BMI) 18.0-30.0 kg/m ². 4.There was no history of chronic low back and leg pain or lumbar disc herniation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of lumbosacral surgery. 2.Allergy to local anesthetics or contrast agents. 3.Mental disorders. 4.Sacral canal puncture is contraindicated (abnormal coagulation function, infection in puncture area, etc.). 5.Pregnant or lactating women.
