Experimental Group:Postoperative ozone irrigation and routine dressing change were performed
Control Group:Normal saline was used to wash the wound and routine dressing change was performed after operation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anal fistula admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University, Shandong Province, from September 2023 to December 2024. 2. Diagnosed with high-type complex anal fistula by MRI. 3. Patients aged 18 to 65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone relevant surgical procedures or treatments within 7 days prior to admission; 2. Anal fistulas caused by specific infections, inflammatory bowel disease, or secondary infection from external injuries; 3. Patients with severe underlying diseases or immune dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe mental disorders or those unable to care for themselves;
