18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18 and 80 with a GCS score <=8; 2. The results of the head CT are consistent with the symptoms of traumatic stroke. 3. Either invasive ICP monitoring alone can be performed, or craniotomy can be performed simultaneously to remove the lesion;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with skull base fracture or optic nerve injury; 2. Previous ocular lesions; 3. Those who survived less than 72 hours after surgery.
