Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women aged 20 to 40 years old, with BMI >= 30 kg/?, full-term, singleton pregnancy, ASA II-III grade, undergoing elective cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who refuse, those with contraindications to intrathecal anesthesia, those with mental illness or severe anxiety/depression, those with pregnancy complicated by hypertension, preeclampsia, eclampsia, placental abruption, placenta accreta or other such diseases, and those who have difficulty communicating with the researchers and medical staff of this study.
