Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age from 18 to 80 years old; 2.american society of anesthesiologists physical status: grade I to III; 3.Weight >=50kg; 4.BMI 19-30kg.m^2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.chronic opioid dependence or use of NSAIDs for more than 3 months. 2.patients who underwent corrective surgery for degenerative scoliosis or kyphosis, or revision surgery; 3.BMI >40 kg/m²; 4.allergy to bupivacaine or liposomal bupivacaine; 5.severe neurological or cognitive disease; 6.contraindications of regional anesthsia; 7.severe renal (serum creatinine > 442 µmol/L or requiring renal replacement therapy) or liver (Child–Pugh grade C) insufficiency,; 8.pregnancy; 9.patient's refusal; 10.admission to ICU postoperatively;
