Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) through midline thoracotomy were selected according to the evaluation of the surgeon ; 2.Older than 18.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients had chronic systemic inflammation; 2.patients with other heart diseases such as congenital heart defect heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, myocarditis, severe valvular heart disease heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, etc. 3.patients with kidney disease; 4.patients with liver disease; 5.patients with cancer; 6.patients taking immunosuppressants, 7.patients lost to follow-up, or with missing clinical data.
