Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The population who underwent colonoscopy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital from January 2016 to December 2023, regardless of whether they were hospitalized or outpatient patients. two Having complete colonoscopy related data (such as operation time, operation method, blinding situation, etc.) and histological examination results. three Contains basic patient information (age, gender, hospitalization status), bowel preparation status (evaluated using the Boston Bowel Preparation Scale BBPS, with a score of = 6 indicating adequate preparation), and information related to endoscopists (professional title, operating procedures).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of colorectal cancer (CRC), colon resection, colon adenoma, or inflammatory bowel disease. two Patients undergoing colonoscopy for the purpose of endoscopic treatment rather than screening. three Cases with incomplete data, such as missing key patient information, examination data, or pathological results.
