Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Blood pressure consistently >= 140/90 mmHg on three or more occasions on different days without the use of antihypertensive drugs; 3. Fried frailty phenotype score >= 3 points; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and provide informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hypertensive emergency or urgency; 2.Individuals with cognitive impairment or severe mental disorders; 3.Those with visual, hearing, or communication impairments that preclude their ability to cooperate with and complete the study.
