Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalized patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer and scheduled for curative surgery; 2.Age>=60years; 3.Preoperative MoCA score>= 26 points; 4.Preoperative hospital stay>=3days; 5.Able to walk independently on admission without obvious gait abnormalities; 6.Possess listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities, and agree to participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria (1) Concurrent severe organic lesions of the heart, liver, kidneys, or other organs; (2) Accompanied by other malignant tumours; (3) Suffering from mental illness, or having a family history of mental illness; (4) Suffering from nervous system disorders affecting cognitive function, such as stroke or Alzheimer's disease, etc. 2.Withdrawal Criteria (1) Participants who voluntarily withdrew during the intervention; (2) Individuals who develop severe psychiatric disorders post-surgery and are unable to continue with the intervention.
