20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective supratentorial craniotomy for tumors; 2.ASA classification Class I - II; 3. Age between 20 and 60; 4. Unilateral lesion; 5. The research participants voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA classification >= Grade III; 2. Severe arrhythmia, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe kidney or liver problems Visceral diseases, severe peripheral vascular diseases; 3. The peak airway pressure during the operation exceeded 40cmH2 O; 4. Radial artery puncture and catheterization failed.
