True stimulation group:Transcranial direct current stimulation was delivered using the Halo Sport 2 headset
Sham stimulation group:After Ramp-up, the current was reduced to 0mA for 30s, and the rest of the process was the same.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Long-term experience in soccer training; 2. Sports level 2 or above; 3.The dominant leg is the right leg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Previous injuries to the lower limbs or lower back within 6 months prior to the experiment; 2.History of previous surgery for lower limbs.
