Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. T2DM patients aged 18 years or older; 2. HbA1c between 7.0% and 11.0%; 3. Waist-to-height ratio >= 0.4; 4. Clinically diagnosed with CKD (meeting the 2023 KDIGO definition of chronic kidney disease); 5. Planning to use or currently using Hengglijin; 6. Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with drug abuse or addiction; 2. According to the judgment of the researchers, there are other unsuitable conditions for patients to join the group.
