Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: RVO/AMD/DME Patient Group: 1. Diagnosed with macular oedema via OCT, requiring intravitreal injection; normal blood pressure, normal hepatic and renal function, normal ECG; 2. Aged 50–70 years; 3. Normal blood pressure, normal hepatic and renal function, normal ECG; 4. Normal hepatic and renal function; 5. Normal ECG; Age-related cataract patient group: 1. Diagnosed with cataract significantly impairing vision, requiring cataract surgery; 2. Aged 50–70 years; 3. Normal blood pressure/glycaemia, normal hepatic and renal function, normal ECG; 4. Normal hepatic and renal function, normal ECG; 5. Normal ECG;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: RVO/AMD/DME patient group: 1. Concurrent severe ophthalmic conditions such as retinal detachment or vitreous haemorrhage; 2. Concurrent severe systemic diseases (e.g. hepatic or renal failure, malignant tumours); Age-related cataract group: 1. Exclusion criteria include any retinal disease, prior vitrectomy, prior glaucoma surgery, or prior laser photocoagulation. 2. Positive results in routine preoperative immunological screening (hepatitis B, HIV, syphilis) or history of infectious diseases.
