Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing bariatric surgery, including Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass (RYGB), Sleeve Gastrectomy (SG), or other bariatric surgery; 2. Age 18 years and above; 3. Follow-up for at least 12 months after surgery, with complete preoperative and postoperative weight data records; 4. Be able to provide complete clinical, metabolic and lifestyle-related data; 5. Sign an informed consent form to participate in this study and data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant with serious mental or neurological diseases, affecting the reliability of postoperative weight change data; 2. Serious postoperative complications (such as anastomotic fistula, serious infection, etc.) lead to abnormal weight change; 3. Pregnancy or other special physiological states during follow-up interfere with weight evaluation; 4. Incomplete data or interrupted follow-up, unable to obtain weight and related indicators at key postoperative time nodes; 5. Participate in other clinical trials that may affect postoperative weight change.
