Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Received lung transplant surgery; 3.Transferred to the intensive care Department after surgeryand received invasive mechanical ventilation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary transplantation; 2.Combined transplantation; 3.Missing data > 20% (retrospective cohort); 4.Critical clinical data missing (e.g. weaning time) (retrospective cohort);
