Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are scheduled to undergo thoracoscopic lobectomy and are expected to be admitted to the PACU after the operation; 2.Preoperative finger oxygen saturation >= 90%, arterial oxygen partial pressure >= 70 mmHg, and carbon dioxide partial pressure 35 mmHg - 45 mmHg; 3.Patients who met the criteria for removing the tracheal tube after surgery and successfully had the tracheal tube removed;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient refused to participate in the trial; 2.Those who had preoperative pulmonary diseases such as pulmonary edema, atelectasis, and pneumonia; 3.Patients expected to be admitted to the ICU after the operation; 4.There are any contraindications for NPPV, such as unconsciousness, excessive mucus production, or unstable hemodynamics. 5.Those with abnormal liver and kidney functions.
