18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the International Continence Society (ICS) diagnostic criteria for SUI (urinary leakage during coughing/sneezing, without urgency symptoms); 2. Female, aged 18–70 years (inclusive of both endpoints); 3. Mild-to-moderate SUI (urine leakage volume of 2–10g during the 1-hour pad test); 4. No pelvic floor rehabilitation or medication within the preceding three months; 5. Preserved cognitive function sufficient to complete assessment and training programme; 6. Patient has signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of pelvic surgery, neurogenic bladder, or pelvic organ prolapse (POP) >= Stage II; 2. Pregnancy or acute urinary tract infection; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary disease rendering exercise intolerance; 4. Cognitive or speech impairment precluding cooperation.
