Interventions

Gold Standard:Using the magnetic resonance imaging-derived proton density fat fraction (MRI-PDFF) as the gold standard: 1. The simple T2DM group (Group S0): MRI-PDFF = 17.1%.
Index test:1. Acoustic attenuation imaging (ATI) 2. MRI-PDFF 3. Controlled attenuation parameter (CAP) 4. Hepatorenal index (HRI)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>= 18 years old (2) Clinically diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (3) Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Excluding specific liver diseases such as alcoholic liver disease, genotype 3 hepatitis C virus infection, autoimmune hepatitis, and hepatolenticular degeneration that can cause fatty liver. (2) Excluding drugs (tamoxifen, ethamidofurane, sodium valproate, methotrexate, glucocorticoids, etc.), total parenteral nutrition, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, beta-lipoprotein deficiency, lipodystrophic diabetes, and Mauriac syndrome that cause fatty liver. (3) Excluding acute and chronic kidney diseases and renal failure. (4) Excluding patients who have had their gallbladder removed.
