Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients who were admitted to the ICU for monitoring and treatment after abdominal surgery in our hospital from 2023 to 2025;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients under the age of 18; 2.Patients who have undergone multiple surgeries within 7 days;3.Patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease who have undergone kidney transplantation or are on dialysis;4.Patients who did not have creatinine measurement before the operation, those who did not have creatinine measurement within 7 days after the operation, and those with data loss greater than half?
