Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients at our hospital planning to undergo anorectal surgery under spinal anesthesia; 3. Aged 18–60 years; 4. ASA class I–II; 5. BMI between 18 and 26 kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Known allergy to local anesthetics or opioids. 2.Patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency. 3.Severe cardiac or neurological diseases. 4.Spinal deformity or local skin infection at the site of lumbar puncture. 5.Presence of psychiatric disorders that would preclude cooperation. 6.Hemorrhagic tendency or coagulation disorders. 7.Participation in any other drug or device clinical trial within the last 3 months.
