18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with stroke (including hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke); 3. Has complete assessment data for trunk control (such as TIS, FACT or total scores of TCT and their sub-item scores); 4. Has complete spasticity assessment data (such as MAS score, upper limbs: shoulder/elbow/wrist, lower limbs: hip/knee/ankle); 5. The patient has been hospitalized in the rehabilitation department of three general hospitals within the past five years, and the data can be extracted from the electronic medical record system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge other neurological disorders (such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.); 2. The medical records are incomplete, making it impossible to extract relevant data; 3. The patient has severe cognitive impairment and is unable to complete the assessment.
