Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study strictly selected young people aged 18-45 years with a BMI of 18-30 kg/m^2 and ASA grade I-II as the research subjects. The patients underwent thyroidectomy under general anesthesia. The subjects are required to have no coagulation dysfunction or contraindications to anesthesia and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: It covers special circumstances such as a history of propofol or cyclopofol allergy, severe comorbidities (uncontrolled hypertension, etc.), mental and psychological abnormalities (PHQ-9>=15 points or GAD-7>=10 points), a history of mental illness or abuse of psychotropic drugs, etc. At the same time, individuals who have recently participated in other clinical trials or used interfering drugs (such as antidepressants) are excluded.
