Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Long-term warfarin anticoagulation is required after heart valve replacement surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were unable to comply with and cooperate with this study. 2.Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, cardiac insufficiency, massive gastrointestinal bleeding or stroke and other neurological disorders, and those with relative contraindications to anticoagulation. 3.Other circumstances where the researcher, based on professional judgment, deems the patient unsuitable for participation in the study.
