Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 40-80 years old, gender not limited. 2. Ultrasound or imaging examination indicates cervical vascular stenosis (including mild stenosis, moderate stenosis, moderate-severe stenosis, severe stenosis or occlusion) and/or intracranial vascular stenosis (including mild stenosis, moderate stenosis, moderate-severe stenosis, severe stenosis or occlusion); 3. Accompanied by at least one high-risk factor for stroke (one of the risk factors listed in the "8+2" stroke risk score card); 4. The subject or his/her legal representative agrees to the study and signs the informed consent form for the project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe systemic diseases, such as respiratory failure, renal failure, gastrointestinal bleeding, coagulation dysfunction, malignant tumors, etc. 2. Patients with an expected lifespan of less than 2 years or those who are unable to complete the study for other reasons.
