Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Select patients with displacement or detachment of the Manyuele ring who seek treatment in the gynecology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Obtain the consent of the patient and their family members before enrollment, and sign relevant informed consent forms; 2.The patient is aged 25-45 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe organ dysfunction; 2.Severe impairment of coagulation function; 3.Individuals with surgical contraindications; 4.Patients with malignant tumors of the uterus and other situations requiring expanded surgical scope; 5.Patients with other malignant tumors and severe infections who cannot tolerate hysteroscopy surgery.
