Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Manifesting symptoms such as elevated intraocular pressure, blurred vision, and eye distension, all confirmed by ophthalmoscopy, tonometry, and gonioscopy, meeting the diagnostic criteria in the "Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Glaucoma in China"; 2. Patients are aware of the study content and purpose and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 3. Aged 18 or above. 4. No history of major mental illness; no mental, cognitive, or consciousness disorders, with normal communication and clear consciousness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined coagulation dysfunction, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; combined dysfunction of vital organs such as heart, liver, and kidney; 2. Patients with a history of ocular trauma or other serious eye diseases; 3. Withdrawal or loss to follow-up during the study.
