Individualized Treatment Group:Individualized treatment group chose regimen based on drug sensitivity tests.
Control Group:Control group received standard adjuvant therapy per guidelines.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastric malignancies selected as candidates for chemotherapy benefit and undergoing postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy; 2. Age >=18 years, no gender restrictions; 3. At least one resectable tumour specimen obtainable, with volume exceeding 0.5 cm³; 4. In good general condition, with anticipated receipt of subsequent adjuvant chemotherapy; 5. Voluntarily signing an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is in poor general condition and is not expected to tolerate systemic treatment; 2. Tumour samples cannot be obtained surgically; 3. The patient has poor compliance; 4. The patient has a history of other malignant tumours.
