Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Residence in the community for = 6 months; 3. Educational level of primary school or above; 4. Ambulatory with good compliance, capable of completing the intervention sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment attributable to other medical conditions (including but not limited to: cerebrovascular disease, central nervous system infections, Parkinson's disease, metabolic encephalopathy, deficiencies in folic acid and vitamin B12, and hypothyroidism); 2. A history of neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy) or any mental disorder as defined by the DSM-5. 3. Severe comorbidities affecting major organ systems (e.g., cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic systems). 4. Dependence in basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
