Conditions

Elderly patients scheduled for elective gynaecological laparoscopic surgery

Interventions

Control group:An equivalent volume of 0.9% saline solution was given during anaesthesia induction and surgery
Esketamine group:Esketamine was administered at a dose of 0.2mg/kg during anesthesia induction, and then infused continuously at a rate of 0.125mg/kg/h for 30 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65–85 years; 2. BMI 18.5–24.9 kg/m^2; 3. Undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery; 4. Normal MMSE score (illiterate >=17, primary school >=20, middle school and above >=24).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification >= IV; 2. Uncontrolled or poorly controlled preoperative hypertension (systolic/diastolic >= 180/120 mmHg); 3. Preoperative comorbidity of mental or psychological disorders; 4. History of alcoholism or drug abuse; 5. History of traumatic brain injury or brain surgery; 6. Comorbidity of ischemic heart disease; 7. Presence of elevated intraocular pressure; 8. Allergic or contraindicated to the investigational drug and its metabolites or other anesthetic drugs; 9. Patients deemed by the investigator to have any other factors making them unsuitable to participate in this trial.
