hCG group:Intramuscular hCG, 1000-8000 IU, twice weekly
hCG+hMG group:ntramuscular injection of hCG (1000-8000 IU) plus hMG (75-150 IU), twice weekly
Pulsatile GnRH therapy group:Dosage: 5-20 µg/pulse
Frequency: every 90 minutes

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=14 and outpatients of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology; 2. With puberty hypoplasia or puberty hypoplasia in past history or infertility; 3. With low values of Follicle-Stimulating Hormone,Luteinizing Hormone and Testostrone; 4. With or without anosmia/dysosmia; 5. Understand and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal hormone secretion caused by brain lesions,such as pituitary adenoma; 2. Abnormal values of hormones serected by pituitary; 3. Abnormal karyotypes,such as 45,X,47,XXY or 48,XXXY; 4. True hermaphroditism or pseudohermaphroditism; 5. Primary hypogonadism; 6. Abnormal secretion of sex hormone caused by adrenal diseases; 7. Hypogonadism secondary to other systemic diseases.
