Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College student; 2. In the past year, felt troubled by academic procrastination; 3. No other emotional disorders or neurological diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe depression and severe anxiety (DASS-21 scale depression score >=20 points, anxiety score >=14 points)
