18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range of 18-80 years old, gender not limited; 2. Met the diagnostic criteria for STEMI; 3. Underwent emergency PCI within 12 hours of symptom onset; 4. Provided signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presentation beyond 48 hours from symptom onset or patients receiving PCI after thrombolysis; 2. Non-ischemic heart disease (e.g., myocarditis, Takotsubo cardiomyopathy); 3. History of prior myocardial infarction or coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG); 4. Concurrent malignancies; severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (ALT/AST > 3×ULN, eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m²), severe valvular heart disease,or severe active infection; 5. Contraindications to antiplatelet or anticoagulant therapy (e.g., active peptic ulcer, severe coagulopathy, hemorrhagic disorders); 6. Known allergy or intolerance to contrast agents or procedural materials; 7. Pregnancy or lactation; 8. Participation in another interventional clinical trial.
