18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age ranging from 18 years to 75 years old, gender not restricted; 2) Subjects diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (AD) according to the Zhang criteria, Hanifin-Rajka criteria or Williams diagnostic criteria, and with an AD score of SCORAD >=25 points; 3) Willing to sign the informed consent form and comply with the research protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) current history of malignant tumor or cancer; 2) combined with mental diseases, senile dementia, other mental disorders, unable to express subjective will; 3) pregnant or lactating women; 4) could not provide informed consent, did not agree to follow-up, or failed to complete baseline data collection.
