Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. Postoperative pathology confirmed diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma; 3. The maximum diameter of the tumor is less than 4.0 cm; 4. Patients without parathyroid-related diseases; 5. No abnormalities were found in preoperative laryngoscopy; 6. Understand the content of this study and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. With a history of neck surgery or radiotherapy; 3. The patient is not suitable for surgery; 4. Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 5. Conversion from laparoscopic surgery to open surgery; 6. Tumor invasion of adjacent structures such as the trachea, esophagus or severe tissue adhesions; 7. During the operation, abnormal anatomy of the recurrent laryngeal nerve was found, such as absence of the recurrent laryngeal nerve; 8. The patient was lost to follow-up; 9. The patient withdrew from the trial voluntarily.
