Interventions

Experimental Group:Reagliptin phosphate treatment (dose: 100mg, once daily, orally)
Control group:Metformin treatment (dose 1000-2000mg once daily, orally)

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; (2) Age >=60 years old and <=80 years old; (3) Gender: Female; (4) For patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in a standardized manner, the glycated hemoglobin level is 7.0-8.5%. (5) No hypoglycemic drugs have been taken in the past 8 weeks, and no anti-osteoporosis drugs have been used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has acute infection. History of non-traumatic fractures; Severe bone and joint diseases; Major cardiovascular diseases (myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, left ventricular ejection fraction <=40% or cerebrovascular accident); Patients with alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) greater than three times the upper limit of the normal range (UNL); eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73 m^2 Patients with severe renal impairment, end-stage renal disease or those requiring dialysis; Patients with severe anemia; Patients with neoplastic diseases; (2) The application of glucocorticoids, antipsychotic drugs (including antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, etc.), vitamin D, calcium supplements, hormone replacement therapy drugs and other drugs that may have additional effects on glucose metabolism or bone metabolism
