Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. During the screening period, the mean blood pressure of two consulting rooms at different time points (different days, less than 1 week apart) met: SBP<140 mmHg and DBP<90 mmHg, 120mmHg<=SBP<=139mmHg and/or 80mmHg<=DBP<=89 mmHg; 2. Age 30-65 years old (30 <= age<65 years old); 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having taken antihypertensive drugs within two weeks before enrollment. 2. History of stroke (excluding lacunar infarction and transient ischemic attack). 3. History of acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina; history of blood vessel reconstruction surgery (PCI or CABG). 4. Severe liver or kidney disease, hyperkalemia (ALT>=3 times the upper limit of normal; patients undergoing dialysis or with an estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] =5.5mmol/L). 5. Presence of persistent atrial fibrillation or arrhythmias that affect blood pressure measurement by electronic sphygmomanometer. 6. Presence of other serious diseases that may hinder enrollment or affect survival, such as malignant tumors or AIDS. 7. Presence of cognitive dysfunction or inability to take care of oneself. 8. Pregnant or breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. 9. Post - organ transplant. 10. Currently participating in other clinical trials.
