Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and confirmed by imaging. 2.Underwent cranial CT or MRI after admission. 3.Had complete records of baseline information, laboratory findings, treatment modalities, and follow-up outcomes (such as 30-day mortality and mRS scores). 4.Age >= 18 years, with no sex restrictions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor imaging quality or significant motion artifacts that do not meet the requirements for radiomics analysis; 2.Missing key clinical parameters, critical value records, or follow-up outcome data; 3.Presence of pre-existing severe neurological disorders (e.g., sequelae of large cerebral infarction) that could affect prognostic assessment.
